Stopping training is not free.
Specialist physiotherapy for BJJ and combat sport athletes — rehab built around the demands of your sport, not a generic exercise sheet.
About Bruno
I'm a BJJ black belt and physiotherapist with five years of clinical experience working with combat sport athletes. I've spent a decade on the mats, which means I know the demands that it places on your body, have worked through a number of big injuries, and know what it's like to be told to stop training.
That's the belief this practice is built on: stopping training is not free. Time off the mats costs you fitness, skill, and often the thing that got you through the hard parts of your week in the first place. Rehab should account for that, not ignore it.
I specialise in working with BJJ and combat sport athletes because generic rehab wasn't built for this population. A program of seated leg extensions with a band doesn't prepare you for live rolling, and being "cleared" isn't the same as being ready. I build rehab around what your sport actually demands, so the work you're doing in the clinic translates to the work you'll be doing back on the mats.
If you're carrying an injury and don't know whether to push through it, sit it out, or something in between — that's exactly what I want to help you work out.
